Council Meeting

This is my third day in London. Today is the meeting of the Council. Once again much of the agenda is confidential.
As reported in the Gazette, Council is considering whether ballots of the membership should be by electronic means rather than postal voting. This may make perfect sense to anyone reading this blog, but do you know anyone that wouldn't be able to vote as a result? Do you agree with the proposal? Let me know!
